OUR SHAREHOLDERS

Excellerate Services (Pty) Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Excellerate Holdings Limited, an investment holding company that strategically invests in, supports and aggressively grows its business units to create long-term value for employees, shareholders, customers and partners.

Property Services in South Africa are conducted through Excellerate Property Services which is 49% owned by Excellerate Property Service Holdings and 51% by Westwood Trading, a BBBEE private equity fund managed by Pan-African Private Equity Funds.  By virtue of its investment, Excellerate Property Services is 62.24% black owned, with 25.47% of its shareholding being owned by women.

Pan-African Private Equity Funds strives to partner with like-minded entrepreneurs in pursuit of growth and superior returns. They are active managers of long-term equity risk capital, with investments selected based on sound private equity principles.

Property Services outside of South Africa include operations across Africa, the Middle East, United Kingdom and Ireland. Each of these operations is conducted by locally incorporated companies, all of which are ultimately subsidiaries of Excellerate Property Services Holdings.
